Privacy Policy for Gaidd

Last updated:

This policy explains what Gaidd collects when you use www.gaidd.co, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it. Gaidd is operated from Romania and processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What we collect

We do not require an account, and we do not collect anything you haven't typed into a form or that isn't needed to serve the page.

When you submit the apply form or the ROI calculator:

  • Your first name
  • Your phone number in full international format, including country code, and the country you selected
  • Your product or company domain
  • Funnel figures you choose to enter — monthly signups, free-to-paid rate, and where you believe you lose the most users
  • The date and time of submission

When you opt in to a library resource:

  • Your first name and phone number, so the resource can be delivered to you on WhatsApp

When you book a call:

  • Your name, email address and chosen time slot, collected and stored by Cal.com

Automatically:

  • Standard product-analytics events — pages viewed, clicks, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type

We do not collect special-category data, and we never ask for payment-card details on this website — card data is entered directly with Stripe and is never seen or stored by us.

2. Why we collect it, and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a call — the domain and funnel figures you submit let us analyse your product before we speak, so the call is spent on your experiments rather than on background. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
  • To deliver the resource you asked for — your phone number is used to send the specific library item you opted in to. Legal basis: consent.
  • To provide and improve the site — aggregate analytics tell us which pages work. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • To perform a contract and meet accounting obligations — where you become a client. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.

3. Automated analysis of your domain

When you submit a product domain, we fetch publicly available pages from that domain and pass their contents to Anthropic's Claude API to summarise the product and its go-to-market motion. This analyses your public website, not your users or your product data. No decision with a legal or similarly significant effect on you is made solely by automated means — a human reviews every qualification outcome.

4. Who processes your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business, each acting as a processor on our instructions:

  • Notion — stores form submissions and enquiry records
  • Cal.com — scheduling and booking details
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — delivery of requested library resources
  • PostHog — product analytics
  • Convex — application data storage
  • Stripe — payment processing for clients
  • Anthropic — automated analysis of submitted public domains
  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery

Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and library records are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted. Client records tied to invoicing are kept for as long as Romanian accounting law requires. Analytics events are retained in line with our analytics provider's standard retention period. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time — withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened. To exercise any of these, email radu@gaidd.co. We respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), or to the supervisory authority in your own EU country of residence.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar local storage strictly to make the site work and to measure aggregate usage. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not sell or share data for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will continue to function.

8. Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact radu@gaidd.co and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified by email to anyone with an active engagement.
